About the integration

Connect your Yotpo Reviews account to Dotdigital and create tailor-made journeys for your contacts based on their feedback. Import review data and configure program enrolments to take advantage of Dotdigital’s powerful automation capabilities.

The integration allows you to:

EasyEditor extensions: App blocks
Yotpo review content integrates directly with Dotdigital’s EasyEditor with App blocks. Installing the integration automatically imports App blocks into EasyEditor, and you can drag and drop Yotpo content into your email campaigns, surveys, pages, and forms, without touching a single line of code.

How it works

The integration can be installed in moments following the step-by-step instructions, directly from within your Dotdigital account. Once the connection is authorized, your review data will begin syncing almost instantly and, if you have a program ready to go, you can set up enrolments as part of the installation process.

We store the following information as insight data against each contact record with a synced review:
  • Review ID
  • Product ID
  • Review Date
  • Rating Score
  • Review Title
  • Review Content
  • Product Name
