About the integration
Dotdigital’s Eventbrite integrations let you seamlessly manage all your event promotion and after-event experiences through Dotdigital. Sync event data, attendee lists, and purchase and refund data from your Eventbrite account directly to Dotdigital.
The integration allows you to:
- Trigger automatic emails to new registrants.
- Send event reminders by email and SMS.
- Create post-event automation campaigns.
- Add event registrants to lead nurture campaigns and keep them engaged.
- Send event attendees feedback surveys as they check-out.
- Automate SMS messages at kick-off and during an event.
How it works
You can install the Dotdigital for Eventbrite integration in a matter of minutes directly from within the Integrations area in Dotdigital. The integration is self-serve so you wont have to wait for technical support to get started promoting your all-important events.
Once configured, the integration
- Syncs ticket order and purchase data as contact Insight data.
- Imports event attendees as contacts in a list.
- Optionally enrols contacts into an automated program on check-in or check-out.
