Connecting Cvent to Dotdigital to sync your event data means you can make the most of our powerful automation and communications features to engage with your contacts before, during and after events.
The integration allows you to:
- Trigger automatic emails to new registrants.
- Send event reminders by email and SMS.
- Create post-event automation campaigns.
- Add event registrants to lead nurture campaigns and keep them engaged.
- Send event attendees feedback surveys.
How it works
You can install the Dotdigital for Cvent integration in a matter of minutes directly from within the Integrations area in Dotdigital. The integration is self-serve so you wont have to wait for technical support to get started.
Once configured, the integration:
- Syncs contacts into individual event lists:
- Choose to sync any or all of invitees, registrants and attendees.
- Creates two custom data fields to store information on a contact’s last attended event.
- Syncs event related insight data.
