The integration allows you to:

• Trigger automatic emails to new registrants.
• Send event reminders by email and SMS.
• Create post-event automation campaigns.
• Add event registrants to lead nurture campaigns and keep them engaged.
• Send event attendees feedback surveys.

How it works

You can install the Dotdigital for Cvent integration in a matter of minutes directly from within the Integrations area in Dotdigital Marketing. The integration is self-serve so you wont have to wait for technical support to get started.

Once configured, the integration:

• Syncs contacts into individual event lists:
• Choose to sync any or all of invitees, registrants and attendees.
• Creates two custom data fields to store information on a contact’s last attended event.
• Syncs event related Insight data.
