The Dotdigital integration allows approved images within LookatmeDAM to be optimised and transferred directly into Dotdigital Marketing for use in email campaigns. Administrators and curators can control which assets are shared, while maintaining governance and visibility within the DAM environment.

Dotdigital and LookatmeDAM
The LookatmeDAM and Dotdigital Marketing integration streamlines the process of preparing approved marketing assets for email campaigns.
When an administrator or curator enables the “Shared to Dotdigital” option within LookatmeDAM, the platform automatically prepares an email-optimised version of the image and transfers it to Dotdigital Marketing. The image then becomes available within Dotdigital Marketing for campaign creation and email template design.
The integration helps organisations maintain governance over approved campaign imagery while reducing manual handling between systems. Teams can continue managing assets, permissions and metadata within LookatmeDAM, while marketers gain faster access to campaign-ready content inside Dotdigital Marketing.
A dedicated Dotdigital search filter within LookatmeDAM allows administrators to identify which assets have already been shared to Dotdigital Marketing and which remain available for publishing.
