SmartSYNC for Dotdigital is our Raiser’s Edge NXT integration for Dotdigital. It keeps your Dotdigital account and Raiser’s Edge NXT in agreement, in both directions.
- Supporters on your Raiser’s Edge NXT sync list are created and updated in Dotdigital as their records change.
- You choose which giving, constituent code and custom fields travel across, ready to segment and personalise on.
- New sign-ups through Dotdigital forms are matched to an existing constituent or created as a new one.
- Unsubscribes come back to Raiser’s Edge NXT as opt-out consent records, and hard bounces mark the address inactive.
- Optional add-on: turn any Raiser’s Edge NXT query into a ready-to-send Dotdigital list.
