For new customers, the content block directs a contact to Instagram where they can easily DM you to receive a coupon for their next purchase. When they use this discount, we’re able to associate their social data to their email address, enabling us to sync the social media data back to Dotdigital Marketing.

For existing customers, the content block simply associates their existing customer account with their email address and notifies them of the reward programs campaign rules to earn discounts. Outside of inviting customers through email, the SocialClique app creates a call-to-action on your website encouraging visitors to purchase with a discount in return for sharing their social media data, all of which gets synced back to Dotdigital when the integration is complete.
