With Klevu site search added to your store, your shoppers can search specifically for the product or category they’re looking for, bridging the gap between online and offline shopping; where customers can ask a member of staff very specific questions. An example of this could be the specific item they’re looking for, the sizes, color or materials available or the cost of the item.

If a merchant is using both Dotdigital (for email marketing) and Klevu (for site search), they’re able to integrate product suggestions, based on what users have searched, directly into their marketing emails.

How it works

• Available for: Magento retailers
• You create a dynamic product block in the Klevu Merchant Centre and use this when creating campaigns in your Dotdigital account.
• Klevu passes a known user’s search behavior back to Dotdigital.
• Klevu considers the last 120 days of activity from these users sending the personalized suggestions.
• Dotdigital users are able to insert a Klevu product widget, containing a maximum of 6 product suggestions.
• Merchants are given flexibility around the products listed in the block.
