Our review invites integration allows you to seamlessly automate Trustpilot product and service review invites through email or SMS, helping increase your review count.

Product reviews

With our product review integration, Trustpilot product review data is imported as Insight data against each Dotdigital contact with a synced review, helping you create customized journeys based on review data.

The integration also allows you to:

• Sync Trustpilot product review data to Dotdigital contacts.
• Automatically enroll contacts who leave reviews into automated programs.
• Build segments based on product review data.

We store the following information in the Insight data record:

• Review ID
• Product SKU
• Review Date
• Rating Score
• Review Content
• Product Name
• Review Type

EasyEditor extensions: App blocks

Trustpilot review content integrates directly with Dotdigital’s EasyEditor with App blocks. Installing the integration automatically imports App blocks into EasyEditor, letting you drag and drop Trustpilot content into email campaigns, surveys, pages, and forms, without editing code.

How it works

Follow the step-by-step instructions from your Dotdigital account to install the integrations.

Once authorized, the product review integration begins syncing your product review data. If you have a program ready, you can begin automatic enrolments as part of the installation process. With the review invites integration installed, you can configure the channels, schedule, and content for your review invites.
